For items classified as hazardous materials, only those that are in a condition for customer use can be returned. All damaged items, including damaged packaging should not be returned. Likewise, any item that has a recall against it or has old Dangerous Preparation Directive (DPD) markings will also not be returned.
Currently, we are able to ship to domestic addresses only. Once we deliver your shipment to a domestic address, you will need to work with a freight forwarder of your preference to return it to an international address.
When you request that inventory be returned to you, it is packed at the fulfillment center and shipped to the address you specify. It may be shipped in multiple shipments and from multiple carriers if the items are located in different fulfillment centers.
Inventory that was shipped to the fulfillment center in case packs is returned as individual items and packed in boxes or pallets as appropriate to the shipment.
We may cancel a removal order once it is submitted, if the inventory isn't available for removal. For example, it may be part of a pending customer order.
If we cancel a removal order, submit another request. If we cancel the second request, contact Seller Support.
If you want to cancel a removal order that you submitted, see Remove inventory from a fulfillment center.
