لابد من تعويض البائعين علي أخطاء وسرقات وضياع الاوردرات من المندوب أو المشتريالمندوب أو

انا بعت اوردر عادي ، وسلمته للمندوب ، وظاهر علي السيستم أنه وصل للعميل واتسلم.

اتفاجأ بأنه تم رد الأموال للعميل ولن يتم ارجاع المنتج والسبب ايه ؟ أن العميل لم يستلم المنتج ؟

طب ازاي مكتوب علي تتبع السيستم أنه تم التسليم؟

مين المسئولين عن المهزلة دي ؟

ليه انا اللي اتحمل خطأ ضياع أو سرقة الاوردر؟

فين الاوردر اللي عطيته للمندوب ؟

المشكلة مش من المندوب اللي استلم مني الاوردر ، المشكلة في آخر مندوب سلم العميل ، أو العميل نفسه ؟

والمشكلة الأكبر أن فريق التعويضات بيرفض طلبي !؟!

ازاي حاجة واضحة مثل الشمس يتم رفضها زي كدا ؟!

انا دلوقتي امازون عطلت حسابي وطلبت منى فواتير وانا بشترى من تاجر جمله عادى ومش معايا اى اثبات شراء مش عارف اعملهم اى وحسابى عليه فلوس عايز بس اعرف انا هاخد مدفوعاتى ولا كدا راحت عليا

حساب جديد غير مفعل بسبب كشف الحساب

عندي حساب جديد بعد ما فعلته

اضفت حساب بنكي تابع لاخي ، وبعد ما عملت كل الخطوات واتفعل قفل تاني بحجة انه محتاج كشف حساب فرفعت كشف حساب الخاص بحساب اخي

لكن لم يتم قبوله بسبب ان الحساب البنكي مش بنفس اسم الشخص اللي في الحساب علي امازون

وحتي الان منذ حوالي 10 ايام لا استطيع الدخول او امكانية تغيير بيانات الحساب القديمه لاضافة حسابي بدلا منه

وتم التواصل مع الدعم عبر البريد من اسبوع ولكن لا رد حاي الان

فما الحل اذا ؟

بعت اوردر جركنين زيت سيارة ٤لتر ورجعولي في كرتونة امازون فاضيين ومستخدميين وغالباً اتسرقوا في الشحن علشان المشتري الغا الاوردر قبل استلامه وليس عليه مطالبة A_to_z . وان لم يتم تعويضي هاقفل الحساب علشان كده انا شغال بخسارة لان دي مش اول مرة تحصل معايا . قبل كده في اكتر من اوردر مارجعش ولم يتم تعويضي فالرجاء الرد وحل المشكلة

لماذا لا يتم مراجعه المرتجع من المندوب
