مندوب الشحن بتصل بي ويدي ميعاد ولا يأتي وبعض الاحيان بيروح عنوان مختلف غير المكتوب قاصد علشان ماياخدشي الشحنه وعملت أكثر من شكوي ولازالت نفس المشكله وبتنزل علي غرامات تأخير والغاء نظرا لعدم حضوره

Selling on Amazon has become a disaster for me due to Amazon’s Easy Ship service. Shipping personnel swap out the products, resulting in returns after delivery to the buyer; the shipping company then updates the system to falsely claim that I refused to accept the return, which leads to the rejection of my Safe-T claim.

This is a recurring issue that has turned selling on Amazon into a nightmare.

قطعه والتانيه مارجعتش ايه اللي ممكن اعمله معلش ممكن تساعدوني وبخصوص مصروفات الشحن المفروض اعمل ايه فهموني بالله يكرمكم

شحنه ارسلتها لمخزن امازون

فيه شحنه ارسلتها لمخزن امازون

وتم استلام منها ٤ قطع من اصل ١٣ قطعه

والباقي امازون اعتبرته ما اتبعتش اصلا

وفتحت حاله للدعم ولكن كان الرد ان مافيش غير ٤ قطع

ايه اللى ممكن اعمله وانا معايا فيديو يوثق تقفيل الشحنه بالمنتجات بتاعتها

ومعلومه ده مش اول مره كان فيه مشكله قبل كده فى نقص قطعه وتم التعويض عنها كنتيجه للحاله
