Enrolling product to be FSA/HSA eligible through Amazon

Hi @Veronica_Amazon@Michelle_Amazon,

I am trying to get my products eligible for FSA/HSA. I tried submitted the applicable form to seller support. This has been over a month ago and I have not received any useful update. I just get an automated response from seller support whenever I ask for an update.

Could you help me take a look at it?
