For your security, approve the notification sent to: my mobile but i dont receive it

guys , i have been trying to add my bank account to amazon , but every time i try to assign the account

its gives me a message : "For your security, approve the notification sent to" my phone number

however , no notification comes !

I have been trying to do that for 3 days now . there was a solution here that was raised that to delete my phone number and re-put it .

but I can't remove the phone number also .

what should i do
