Feedback Removal -Lying About Condition
Order shipped with Amazon Buy label on time. Customer said "item looked like it was run over by a truck" when that simply is impossible. This entire feedback is a product review. The customer expected a brand new item, it is not our fault that their expectations do not match the reality of what they received. They did not send any pictures to quantify this claim, please remove this as it is clearly a customer with unrealistic expectations.
Please can anyone help here ? any moderator help will be appreciated.

I was able to review the full feedback comment in question thanks to your including the case and Order ID, so thank you for that. Unfortunately, comments focused on the condition an item was received in are considered valid reflections of a customer's experience with the services offered by a seller, especially when the item is fulfilled by the seller. You can read through all details on when Amazon may be able to remove a seller feedback comment on this page.
In such cases, you can look to resolve the feedback situation with the customer directly, or post a public reply if that becomes untenable.
