WHAT HAPPEN WITH RDU4?

My shipment arrived at the RDU4 warehouse on May 17th. It has now been five weeks, but the status still hasn't been updated - it's still showing as In transit. The carrier already provided me with the POD (Proof of Delivery) on May 17th.

Amazon keeps telling me to wait, but how long exactly am I supposed to wait? I've already waited a month — do I have to wait two months, three months, or even forever???

Can someone please give me some advice on where my inventory actually is and what I can possibly do at this point?

YES! Me too. I have a few boxes sitting at RDU4 for ridiculously long periods of time. It's like the place is deserted and functioning but Amazon shipping keeps routing my inventory there.

Hi @Seller_MKidBf0i5MrJ9,

Thank you for reaching out on the Seller Forums! I apologize for the frustration this experience has caused.

I just took a further look into your shipment and do see that it is still currently in transit. I know it's not ideal to hear, but sometimes the shipment process does take a bit of time to complete due to a variety of reasons, including high volume.

Now, have you received a reconciliation date for this shipment yet? Once that date arrives, you will then be able to request an investigation. You can find more information on this process in this help page.

Please continue to keep me updated on this shipment in this thread! If you have any additional questions or need further assistance once it is time to request an investigation, please let me know.

All the best,

Jameson

Myself, and others, waited for nearly three months at a warehouse in California. There were never any answers provided as to when items would be checked in and available for sale. It's a nasty journey many are experiencing. One day I woke up and my items were received and available for sale. Good luck. Don't lose sleep over it, it doesn't help.

Over time, you’ll start to notice there are some Amazon warehouses you’d rather not send your FBA shipments to and RDU4 is definitely one of those.

RDU4 lost over 17k worth of stock for us as well. Only checked in 2 boxes out of 16
