I can get ungated

Ive been trying to get ungated from two brands for over a week and I keep getting the same BS responses. Ive gotten every possible document for Amazon to be able to get ungated and I just keep failing at it. From invoices from supplier to distributor, to even a certification saying the distributor is an authorized distributor. Even when i get a new document their rejection is that I sent the same document and need to send a new one which is not true. I dont know what else to do.

"Do you have written authorization or approval from the brand or this company to list and or sell the products from their company? A lot of companies will authorize a supplier, but in their terms of use, you are not authorized to distribute the materials from the site they were sourced from. These suppliers are typically licensed and authorized for sale to the end consumer, no resale. I would suggest reviewing your suppliers terms of use or terms of service and work with the brand itself to obtain a letter of authorization as this will be required at this point to show proof you are an authorized distributor for the concerned brand. So you are additionally aware, if your supplier tries to issue you a letter of authorization, it will not be accepted. They will only accept an LOA if issued by the brand or rights owner only."

Good Evening @Seller_YFSjllEAm212P,

It looks like you were able to get some troubleshooting guidance on why your invoices might be getting rejected from our seasoned sellers @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 and @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp.

If either of their replies helped you, feel free to mark it as “Most Helpful reply” using the 3 dots in the corner of their post. This helps other sellers find the answer to your question at the top of the post just in case they find themselves in a similar situation.

In the meantime, I took a look at your CASE history and saw your latest case ending in 5371, Seller Support mentioned: "Upon reviewing your brand application, we found that the required invoice documentation was not included with your submission. While you mentioned submitting multiple applications, we need you to submit a new application with the proper invoice documentation."

If you plan on providing another selling application, I wanted to share some help pages that could assist you with the process. I'd recommend ensuring you meet the sourcing guidelines -->HERE<-- and invoicing guidelines -->HERE<--

Additionally, Amazon requires approval to sell in many categories, brands, and products and in some instances restrictions and policies change. A letter of authorization is a valuable addition if you’re sourcing directly from the brand or their manufacturer as @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp and @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 alluded to above.

Lastly, if you have a relationship with the brand/publisher, you can to be added as an authorized 3rd party reseller through Brand Registry (but the brand has to add you on their end). Once that has occurred you can attempt to list again and if you still have any issues reach out to support letting them know you are now in the brand's Brand Registry approved list.

Feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions regarding the information shared above. Hope you have a terrific rest of your Tuesday.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
