My Veeqo Experience that is costing me my bussines ???
In November we signed up with Veeqo through Amazon, then I noticed we started getting A-to-Z claims and noticed a lot of our packages were not tracking, when we installed the Veeqo software I noticed it had me install some plug-ins for printing the shipping labels etc.. I also noticed the font and size of my labels changed compared to Amazon print connect of which we had been using through Amazon buy shipping. I didn’t think anything of it because it was the recommended settings .
This I think is when all the problems started.
I have dozens and dozens of orders not tracking.
I have discontinued using Veeqo but I believe the damage is done.
I just received another A-to-Z claim this morning and I think there’s going to be a lot more. I went down to the Postal Service ( USPS) I explained to the postmaster that a lot of my packages are not tracking and are missing. He recognized our business name and said that a bunch of them have been piling up because they do not scan and they are so busy and short-staffed right now due to the holidays they cannot take the time to manually punch in the numbers. He said they will eventually get processed. They are just not going to ship and arrive on time due to non scannable labels.
I downloaded and started using Veeqo at the recommendation of Amazon through an email they sent me to try it out.
This has been the worst mistake ever and may cost me my business.

Why would you need to use that service in the first place? To get a 5% cash back?
Buy your shipping thru the Amazon site. Tracking is provided at no charge and Amazon handles all the INR (Item Not Received) claims.
Using that site is just a ploy from Amazon to extract more of a seller's profit. As you can see, you are not getting any real benefit only headaches.
Do you know how shipping really works? The buyer ALWAYS pays for the shipping. It makes no difference if you state the shipping cost outright or include it in the cost of the product.
Select a shipper to use and calculate the cost to ship to the furthest zip code from your shipping address. That is the cost you charge for every shipment, even it the item is going across the street.

I have shared your message with our Veeqo partners, and they will investigate the issue you are reporting. I shared the Case/Claim information from our previous discussion and asked them to review your account activity.
I will follow up as soon as I have more information about those orders and any related claims.
