Shipment in transit since November: FBA18KWFVSRQ

Receiving delayed since October: FBA18KDRSM70

First: I recommend reviewing the below links for details on what you and other sellers can do when there are issues with inbound shipments:

What to do if you have a lost or delayed FBA Shipment

"After we have confirmed receipt of all units, or your shipment has been open for more than 90 days, the status will change to “closed.” Around this time, if there were any quantity discrepancies, you can request investigation and Reconcile your shipment.

Second: I reviewed your shipments and the tracking information, and the carrier information does not show that the shipments were received by the carriers. If you have additional 'proof of delivery' documentation, please include that in your reconciliation request.
