Buybox lost Even after resloving Order defect rate issue
Hey Everyone
Can someone working in Amazon help me as it seems so frustrating that i can't find anyone helping with my case and seller support robotic answers is not helping with anything .
My order defect rate reached above 1% because of 2 order feedback at the same time it, ODR became 2 % ,After reaching out to seller support they found that the feedbacks didn't meet Amazon guidelines and they removed them from my account and the rate went down 0% . The customers didn't file A-Z or anything .GOOD now after the problem is gone Amazon took down my BUY BOX selling features and i stopped selling anything because they hidden me even from the listing that has no other sellers and i am the only seller in it .
PLEASE help me restore my buy box selling feature as my sales are lost and became zero due to this problem and i don't know when it's going to be fixed and it's really frustrating.
