Not able to update business license
I have a running Amazon account. Recently, there has been some changes in my business license along with a change in authorized person (the previous authorized person was my father who has passed away).
For months, I have been trying to contact Amazon's seller support but all I keep getting in reply are standard template replies. I am not able to connect with the right person who can understand that I just want to upload my updated business license along with a copy of the authorized person's documents.
The seller support keeps telling me to go to "Identity Verification" page, which really doesn't exist.
It is really frustrating and has cost me a lot in terms on FBA storage fees and lost sales.
Please let me know if anyone else has faced this issue and how did they overcome it.
Really looking forward to a solution here.

How do I update my tax information and legal business name?
To update your tax information, you must complete the U.S. Tax Identity Information Interview.
To update your legal business name:
- Go to Settings and click Account Info.
- Under Business Information, click Legal Entity.
- Enter your Legal Business Name and click Update.
