Cannot Access AMAZON Account Health Dashboard Until I make payments for Professional - Please help
Guys. I need HELP
My AMAZON SELLER Account was deactivated. AMAZON said I should provide my UTILITY BILL. I had to take about 7days to get the documents as to pay my outstanding bill for my electricity. Only for me to log back to my account. AMAZON Blocked me from seeing my ACCOUNT HEALTH STATUS forcing me to pay the $39.99 first.
I received a NOTIFICATION that my account is restricted until the INITIAL CARD is able to be charged. I do not understand why I am being forced to pay the $39.99 fee when the account itself is not yet activated.
AMAZON has been notorious in deactivating accounts and finding it difficult to get it activated.
I cannot access my ACCOUNT HEALTH DASHBOARD
I cannot even appeal for the account deactivation
I cannot access PERFORMANCE NOTIFCATION TAB
Everything keeps redirecting me to pay the INITIAL CHARGE FEE that I change my CARD on file or initiate the PAYMENT AGAIN.
I need help. I need my account ACTIVATED before I can proceed to make payments. I do not want my money stucked with AMAZON. I should be able to resolve my account documentation before AMAZON sets in to want to charge my ACCOUNT.
PLEASE HELP. I also cannot contact AMAZON SUPPORT due to this issue.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues you have been encountering. The fee that you are seeing will be associated with the professional selling plan which you can adjust in your account settings. When this plan is selected, our team may require additional verification relating to your account. Once triggered, if left incomplete, they will take action against the account as they cannot allow verification to remain unresolved.
The card information in the account will need to be updated to regain access to seller central. Once updated, the access to the account will be restored and you will be able to submit a utility bill to address the issues on the account. As a reminder of the requirements, I have included them below for reference:
- Piped or natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile or fixed-line phone, or internet service
- Must have holders name and address
- Must have service provider's name, address, and logo (if logo is applicable)
- Must have issue date or due date and usage details (if applicable)
- Must be issued within the past 90 days
- Be authentic and unaltered
- Be in a supported language
If your documents are not in a supported language, you must submit a notarized translation in a supported language along with the original document. They will attempt to verify the information to the details you have in your seller central account. If they cannot validate the documents, they will take action to reject your overall submission.
