Amazon using inventory from new shipment to claw back reimbursements instead of receiving it! Mod Help Please!
You just can't make this up. We noticed a bunch of reimbursement reversals recently for 1 Sku-amazon using "found" inventory to reimburse & clawing back cash. But where is amazon getting this inventory from? It's our brand & we're the only seller. Then, I noticed some units missing from latest inbound! MODS: can you help to undo the reversals & have units received properly against the inbound? Case ID 15043552231. No help from support. Thanks!
