INFORM Bank Account Verification Problem ( No Verification Entry)
Hey Guys,There is a new INFORM Consumers Act and I have green check marks on all the categories required however there isn't a check mark for the 'Bank Account Verification' one for some reason..It says my account is at risk of deactivation and its asking me to click on the 'Bank Account Verification' link and when I do it leads me to the 'Deposit Methods' page and there is nothing on the page that allows me to update anything. I just received the email on August 23rd. Before that, there was no email prompting that I needed to do the verification of this bill.I asked the relevant support team and uploaded the relevant screenshots, but there is no news so far.During this period, due to the inaccuracy of some information of the previous deposit method, I updated this information, but it is still the same account. I don't know if my move will have a bad impact on the path development of the verification entrance? The email prompts me that if I don't complete the relevant verification within 10 days, I will deactivate my store. But there is still no verification entrance. What should I do?

I literally have the same issue, removed the bank account and added it again, to find out the verify button is missing. My account is currently deactivated. Been 15 days now. Was told the issue is forwarded to seller performance team.

i have all check marked and verified for INFORM consumers but still more than a month still my account is suspended and seller support not able to help. what should i do?
