Request selling approval for policy compliance Reason: Product requires approval to sell.
My FBA Listing was deactivated today today and my guess is that Amazon's system has mistakenly flagged my greeting card listing as a gift card during the last photo update. Before the update the listing was active, I updated the primary photo of my FBA Listing and all of a sudden it became inactive saying it requires approval, when i click to request approval, I am not able to and i get this below message instead.
"Request selling approval for policy compliance. Reason: Product requires approval to sell." I then click Request Approval, and it says "We are not accepting applications to sell
I opened a case with Seller Support but I am getting the same Exact standard response. I can't find where to appeal the FBA Removal decision either. It's time sensitive because this item is only meant for the upcoming holiday that happens once a year! Can someone please help me fix this?
I am the only seller for this product.
