اReimbursement for Lost items

In case an item is declared “Lost” by Amazon/Logistic Service Provider (LSP), we will reimburse you for the value of the order (for instance, the same as in case of a successful sale) minus the applicable fees and applicable VAT on those fees.

All requests related to lost items should be filed no sooner than twenty-one (21) calendar days from the last scan or event from the carrier to allow sufficient time for the package to be delivered but no later than sixty (60) calendar days. Requests initiated beyond this point will not be considered for reimbursement.
