i have a case of payment and i called the support to investigate about it, by phone: engaged through one called: ahmed refat (very bad and there's no talent at all and there's no any of experience of customer service). :(

then, I do it a chatting with one called Mohamed to request to call supervisor to do a complain and he rejected :(

I don't know how organization like AMAZON hiring a peapol like there :(
