FBA lost inventory
I recently switched to FBA and my sales are down since I switched. Additionally, my 20% of my items got lost. The items sent in was received, I started selling it, and then. Suddenly no inventory. When I contacted Amazon to submit a claim the automated service is not helpful. Although I provided the transaction ID, they keep telling me to submit a claim. Have you had this happen? How do you resolve this?
