Will Amazon reimburse the replacement order if the original order lost by shipper?
I have a question:
I found some replacement orders are due to
1. Damage by DC/FC
2. Lost by Shipper
3. Damage during shipping
Should Amazon reimburse us for the replacement orders since we are not responsible for the issue that caused the need for replacements?
However, I found that Amazon only reimburse for the orders that did not return the original item.
Anyone got reimbursement for the replacement order by those reason?

So those are covered by different, specific reimbursement policies. You can review the qualifications here:
FBA inventory reimbursement policy: Shipment to Amazon claims - This page applies to items that are lost or damaged when you ship them to us.
FBA inventory reimbursement policy: Fulfillment center operations claim - This page applies to eligible items that are lost or damaged by an Amazon fulfillment center or a facility operated on behalf of Amazon, after we receive them from you.
I would read through each of those to confirm that your situation applies, and then follow the steps listed on that page to create a claim.
