Thanks for reaching out to the Forums.

From your Account in the Seller Central, on top of the page if you click "Help" and pick "get help and resources" you will be redirected to a page where you can raise a case to Seller Support.

Also, if you go to "Account Health" you can choose the "Call me now" option.
