!!!!HELP!!!! Amazon seller central does not allow me to update my region to United States, caused my account got deactivated by Amazon!

HELP!!! Amazon seller central does not allow me to update my region to United States, caused my account got deactivated by Amazon.

Please see the events of my account time line below:

- 2018: I became an amazon seller, with the my previous company located in China

- 08/03/2022 at 11:07:22 PM PDT: i changed my company from a company located in China to a company located in United States (case id:10508211091)

- 06/12/2024 (GMT-7): My account was deactivated because Amazon could not complete my identity verification process for the INFORM Consumers Act.

- 06/16/2024, 11:52 AM (GMT-7): I have followed the guide from amazon identity identification team, then I received an email from the Seller Identity Verification team stating that my verification process had been completed (Case ID: 15449688251). However, my account remains deactivated till now 07/09/2024 03:35 PM (GMT-7).

Please help me out, it is like a dead end loop, whenever i click on "reverify", it leads me to "get help" page! i am devastated, all i wanna do is being honest with the INFORM Consumers Act, my current business region is United States, Not China anymore, Please support me to update my business information!

I beg your help !!!
